Lee Herzog

Lee Herzog began engineering and fabricating facade access equipment over 40 years ago beginning with Citadel Engineering. Lee has designed equipment that can meet every type of challenge from sloped facades to curved glass. One look at our Project list will show you that Lee has designed the equipment on the tallest and most iconic buildings in the world. Lee has been instrumental in establishing safety and code requirements for the industry as well. OSHA 1910.66, ANSI A120.1, IWCA I.14, a keynote speaker for CTBUH to name a few of his accomplishments.

Phil Shumway

Phil Shumway and Lee Herzog worked together from 2003-2009 during the Citadel Consulting years. From 2009 until 2018 Phil started and ran the North American Division of XSPlatforms, a manufacturer of fall protection and facade access equipment. Phil has well rounded experience with every type of equipment to access your building from horizontal lifelines and davit systems to large BMUs.

Tommy Srioudom

Tommy Srioudom joined Lee Herzog consulting in 2008 as the Cad Director and has over 18 year of experiences including 8 years with Citadel Consulting as Cad Designer.  Tommy and Lee Herzog worked together from 1996 to the present.  Prior to joining LHC, Tommy was working with Merrick Engineering as Product Designer.
